Canoe Creek Reserve Community Development District
Canoe Creek Reserve Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on May 22, 2024 by the Board of County Commissioners of Osceola County, Ordinance No. 2024-27 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
Canoe Creek Reserve CDD encompasses an area of approximately 353.50 acres, entirely within Osceola County, Florida, generally located southwest of the Fanny Bass Lane and Fanny Bass Road and east of Florida’s Turnpike.
Canoe Creek Reserve CDD expects to plan establish, acquire, construct or reconstruct, enlarge or extend, equip, operate, and maintain additional systems and facilities.

Consent is given to the District’s Board of Supervisors to finance, fund, plan, establish, acquire, construct, reconstruct, enlarge or extend, operate and maintain systems and facilities for parks and facilities for indoor and outdoor recreational, cultural and educational uses and for security, all as authorized and described by Section 190.012(2)(a) and (2)(d), Florida Statutes (2023).
